Announce Team: Jim Ross and Paul Heyman
Attendance: 17,158
Chris Jericho opened up the show standing in the centre of the ring with the Undisputed Title resting over his shoulder. Jericho asked for a piece of footage from last week to be shown of when Alex Shelley made fun of Jericho after he found out that Tazz was in the main-event instead of Jericho. Jericho called Alex Shelley out, and he didn't have to wait long. Shelley came down to the ring putting his video camera in Jericho's face, which didn't help tame Jericho's mood. Jericho asked Shelley why he thought he had to make fun of the Undisputed Champion but he never gave Alex the time to answer. Jericho immediately issued a challenge to Shelley for a match to start right now. Shelley looked more than happy to accept, but when he turned to put his camera equipment down, Jericho kicked him between the legs to get the match started.
Non-Title Singles Contest
Undisputed Champion, Chris Jericho vs. Alex Shelley
» Jericho rammed Shelley's face into the top turnbuckle and then slammed him backwards down onto the canvas. Jericho then took a short run up and hit a low dropkick into Shelley's temple turning him over onto his back. Due to the low blow, Shelley was never able to get going with Jericho continuing the abuse with an Atomic Drop into the Walls of Jericho. When Jericho had Shelley turned over, Shelley attempted to reach the ropes but had no choice but to tap.
Winner: Chris Jericho
Aftermath:
As Alex Shelley was laid out underneath him, Chris Jericho took a microphone and announced to the world that what just happened was proof that when he sets his mind to something, there is nobody who can stand in his way. Jericho then said that in two weeks time, it didn't matter who won the tournament to face him because the end result would be the same when the ring announcer announces Chris Jericho as still the Undisputed C4 Champion.
Backstage:
Tazz stood infront of Homicide and Senshi who were moments away from their second challenge for the Global Tag Team Championships against the Hooliganz. Tazz said that last week was one of the most humiliating experiences of his life, but that would all be put behind him when the best tag team to come out of Brooklyn walks away with the titles. Tazz told that he gave away his dignity last week because he believed that Homicide and Senshi were the men to take the titles away from the Hooliganz and be the best Champions ever. Tazz asked them not to let him down because the dignity and pride he gave away wasn't something easy to get back.
Bumplust Bonanza Ladder Match
Jack Evans vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Mistico vs. Super Crazy
» Super Crazy lived up to his name as he started the match by hitting anything infront of him with a right hand and a standing dropkick. Crazy launched Evans over the top rope and then followed up by jumping over the top rope and landing a Crossbody on Evans. Back in the ring, Jeff Hardy attempted a clothesline but Mistico ducked under, attempted a Crucifix but followed through with a Tornado DDT. Mistico then hit a Suicide Bomb over the top onto both Evans and Crazy.
» Mistico slid a ladder under the bottom rope but Jeff Hardy dropkicked it back into Mistico's chest and knocked him onto his back. Jeff pulled the ladder into the ring but before he was able to set it up, Jack Evans springboarded from the top rope and kicked the ladder into Hardy's face. Evans set the ladder up and began to climb, but Super Crazy caught up with him and Powerbombed him from the middle of the ladder. Mistico then jumped from the ropes straight onto the ladder.
» Evans climbed up the ladder behind Mistico and backdropped him from it. Evans then climbed back up the ladder but used it to launch himself towards Super Crazy and drop him onto his head with a DDT. Ignoring the main aspect of the match, Evans climbed to the top rope and landed the 630 Splash but before he could celebrate, Hardy surfboarded a chair into his face. Jeff then began his climb to the top but he was met by Mistico who landed a Sunset Flip Powerbomb!
» Once again, Mistico began to climb the ladder and this time he had reached his goal. As he tried to remove the contract, Super Crazy dropkicked the ladder from under Mistico, but he had a hold on the contract and was able to hold himself up. Eventually he pulled the contract down and fell down ontop of Super Crazy, who he caught in the headscissors and hit a hurricanrana. The referee called for the bell to end the match as all four men were laid out, bruised and beaten.
Winner: Mistico
Aftermath:
Mistico slowly pulled himself back up to a vertical base with help from the ring ropes, but when he turned around he was met by KENTA who lifted him up onto his shoulders and then executed the Go to Sleep, knocking Mistico out flat on his back. As the other competitors from the match slowly filtered out of the ring, KENTA stood in the centre of the ring with the Junior Grand Prix Championship held above his head and Paul Heyman applauding from the announcers desk.
Backstage:
Maria Kanellis stood with Samoa Joe who was set to face The Rock next week in Hollywood in one of the biggest matches in the history of the GWA. Samoa Joe repeated what he said last week when he said that it was an honour to be challenged to a match by such a huge name in the business, but he was also upset to be disrespected by such an icon. Joe said that he had always looked up to The Rock, but as soon as The Rock issued the challenge, he instantly took the respect between the two and ripped it into little pieces. Joe said that whenever he is called out and challenged, he's taken to another place, and The Rock won't like it when next week he is taken to this place and destroyed by the Samoan Submission Machine, Samoa Joe!
Global Tag Team Championship Steel Cage Contest
Champions, The Hooliganz vs. Homicide and Senshi
» The challengers attacked the champions before the match got officially underway. Homicide removed his belt and wrapped it around Paul London's throat while Senshi whipped Spanky hard into the steel steps at ringside. When both teams finally entered the cage, Homicide and Senshi double hip-tossed Paul London sending him into the cage wall. Spanky attempted a comeback but Homicide chop blocked him and the Brooklyn natives turned the double team onto him.
» Homicide and Senshi whipped Spanky across the ring, but Spanky ducked under both their clothesline attempts and knocked them down with a double flying clothesline. Spanky sent Senshi into the ropes and caught him with a reverse elbow but Homicide turned the tables back in their favour with a vicious clothesline that sent Spanky head over heels. At that, Paul London came flying from the top rope and knocked Homicide down with a missile dropkick.
» London then ducked under a Senshi high kick and sent him into the corner with a Dropsault so that he also landed on Homicide to get a two-count. Spanky got back to his feet and attempted the Sliced Bread #2 on Senshi, but Senshi threw Spanky across the ring and into London knocking him against the cage wall. Senshi then lifted Spanky onto his shoulders for the Ki Krusher, but Spanky countered and dropped Senshi onto his head with a sick looking DDT.
» Spanky positioned Senshi as London climbed to the top rope for a Shooting Star, but Homicide pushed Spanky into the ropes which knocked London from his footing. Senshi slowly crawled to the corner and climbed to the top rope as Homicide lifted London up for the Cop Killa. Senshi jumped from the top and double stomped London as Homicide dropped him on his neck. Homicide then covered London as Senshi kept Spanky away long enough for the three-count.
Winners, and NEW Global Tag Team Champions: Homicide and Senshi
Aftermath:
Tazz jumped up and down and shouted for the Cage to be lifted. As the Cage was raised high enough, Tazz slid into the ring and handed the title belts to Homicide and Senshi. Medical teams ran down to the ring with back boards to tend to Paul London and Spanky who hadn't moved since the match ended. Tazz hugged both Homicide and Senshi and then raised their hands in victory and the three stood victorious as Shockwave faded out to black.
