Singles Contest
Captain Charisma vs. Shelton Benjamin
As Shelton attempted to enter the ring, Christian ran at the ropes and used a knee attack to knock Shelton off of the apron. Outside the ring, Christian attempted an irish whip into the ring steps but Benjamin was able to counter and sent Christian straight into, and over the steps. Back in the ring and Shelton whipped Christian into the corner and hit the Stinger Splash, followed by a running bulldog. As Shelton covered for a two count, Charlie Haas appeared at ringside.
Shelton turned to see Haas which gave Christian the chance to attack Benjamin and take control. Christian got a near fall following a reverse neck breaker, driving Benjamin into his knee. Benjamin then came back with an attempted thrust kick, but Christian held onto his leg, spun him around and fell victim to the Dragon Whip. Haas then got onto the apron but was quickly knocked off by Shelton, who was then rolled up by Christian for the three with help from the ropes.

Hurricane Helms spoke again with Mean Gene and said that with the current losing streak that Matt Hardy is going through, he won't be in the best of moods at Americana. Because of this, Hurricane said that he would have to summon up all his Hurri-Powers to defeat the mighty Sensai of Mattitude. Matt Hardy walked up to Hurricane and said that the past is never important, because all it would take was a drastic Twist of Fate and it would all be over!
Backstage:
Kurt Angle congratulated Charlie Haas on a job well done and said that in his match with Eddie Guerrero, unlike Shelton Benjamin, Kurt would have his hand raised in victory. Haas asked Angle about Chris Benoit, but Kurt said that his ankle was in too much of a bad state for him to even shot up tonight, let alone cause any threat or danger to the Olympic Gold Medalist.
Randy's Open Challenge:
Randy Orton and Ric Flair made their way down the aisle to the ring and got straight on the microphone. Randy said that after watching RVD pull out a win last week, he was forced to sit up and take notice. Rob didn't have what it took to defeat Randy, but maybe Orton had looked past the little talent he had. Randy then repeated his challenge to anyone in the locker room who thought they had what it took to beat a legend killer such as Randy Orton.
Singles Contest
Randy Orton vs. Chris Benoit
A stunned Randy Orton was caught off guard by Chris Benoit and was hit by several chops to the chest. Ric Flair got onto the apron but was clotheslined by Benoit. Benoit, who was showing signs of a limp, continued the attack on Orton with stomps to the chest in the corner. Benoit whipped Orton into the opposite corner, and as Orton staggered out, Benoit caught him with a running clothesline. Benoit then climbed to the top, but was shoved off by Ric Flair.
Orton grabbed hold of Benoit's ankle and began to drop elbows across it, attempting to cause further damage. As Orton attempted to apply an ankle lock, Benoit used his free leg to kick Orton away and into the corner. Benoit then hit Orton with three rolling German Suplexes but Orton hit back with an Uppercut. Orton ran the ropes and went for the RKO, but Benoit pushed Orton away but then took him down into the Crossface where Orton had no choice but to tap.
Winner: Chris Benoit
Aftermath:
Ric Flair slid into the ring and shoulder tackled Benoit down at the knee, taking him down to the mat. Randy and Ric then took turns stomping down onto Benoit's ankle as he screamed in agony. Randy then grabbed a steel chair from ringside, placed it around Benoit's ankle and then from the second rope, jumped onto the chair, snapping it shut around the ankle. Referee's filled the ring as Randy and Ric decided to leave the ring.

Paul then challenged Jericho to a match with the title on the line. Jericho simply laughed and said he would think about it.

Double Dragon (c) vs. America's White Trash vs. Spanky & Paul London
America's White Trash got in the faces of Double Dragon, showing that they wanted to get their titles back. As the two teams were destracted, Spanky and Paul London attacked them from behind, pushing Noble and Styles into Daniels and Low Ki, sending them out of the ring. Styles whipped London into the ropes and then lifted him into the air, hitting Daniels back off of the apron with a mid-air Dropsault, also catching Styles with the headscissors on the return.
Low Ki slid back into the match and began to use his hard kicks against Spanky, hitting him in the body and into the head. Noble attempted a German Suplex on him, but Low Ki flipped over, landed on his feet and knocked Noble down with a jumping kick to the temple. As Low Ki looked to finish Noble off, Spanky kicked him in the mid-section, ran him towards the corner and hit Sliced Bread #2 for the pinfall to eliminated the Champions from the Championship match!
Down to two teams, and Spanky covered Noble only to have the count broken by Styles. Styles picked Spanky up attempting the Styles Clash, but Spanky lifted himself back up and with the use of a hurricanrana, sent both men over the top rope. Noble turned his attention to Paul London, underhooking his arms for the Tiger Bomb, but London countered and dropped Noble on his head with a DDT. London covered Noble but Dawn Marie put Noble's foot on the rope.
Outside, AJ Styles lifted Spanky up, over his head and dropped him onto the guard rail. In the ring, London caught Noble with an Enzeguri and went straight to the top. As Paul London pulled off a 450 Splash, Styles slid into the ring, pulled London off of Noble and set him up for the Styles Clash. Styles then hit the move, turned London over for the pin but with fatigue setting in, as the referee counted, Styles laid back and put his shoulders also down onto the mat.
Winners: No Contest (Double Pin)

Backstage:
Rob Van Dam arrived in the arena, and even though he was late, he said that he needed to show up just to make an important announcement;
"With my match against Randy just a matter of weeks away, it has dawned upon me that I have a battle ahead of me. If not for Randy being an outstanding performer, but the added wildcard of having the Nature Boy at ringside. So, taking that into consideration, even though I am an amazing athlete, and my skills do shadow those of Randy Orton's, I do need someone at ringside to be my eyes in the back of my head. Now, I want to be a success in this business, so it would be wise of me to have a "Manager of Champions", but I don't want someone who would be over bias so I'd need someone who could.. call it right down the middle.. so I could really only choose one man to be by my side.. Mr. Bill Alfonso!"
Backstage:
Lance Storm stood with his team of Straight Shooters, Bobby Roode and JGP Champion, Petey Williams. He said that he was impressed by Shawn Michaels in his matches with both Bobby and Petey, but he was still lacking something. Lance then advised HBK to tune into Monday Night's Shockwave to see some special footage. Lance said that it was in Shawn's best intrest to watch, because he wouldn't want lightning to strike in the same place twice.
Singles Contest
Kurt Angle vs. Eddie Guerrero
Kurt and Eddie locked up in the centre of the ring, with Kurt using his amateur experience to take Eddie down to the mat and power him into a rear naked choke. Eddie crawled to the ropes and pulled himself out of the ring, but Kurt quickly followed. Eddie began to run away from Kurt and Kurt was more than happy to chase him around the ring, until Eddie made a sudden stop and used the drop toe hold to send Kurt face first into the steel ring steps.
Eddie rolled Kurt back into the ring and went straight to the Three Amigos, the three vertical suplexes. As Eddie began to make his way to the corner, Angle grabbed his ankle and took him down to the mat. Eddie again made it to the ropes and used his free foot to kick Angle away. Eddie ran at Angle with a clothesline attempt, but Angle caught Eddie and launched him across the ring with a Belly to Belly throw. Angle then covered for a quick two count.
As Eddie climbed his way back to his feet, Angle attempted the Angle Slam, but Eddie countered that with an Arm Drag. Eddie then kicked Angle in the mid-section and hit the Three Amigos for the second time in the match. This time Eddie made it to the top rope and came off with the Frogsplash but Angle moved out of the way at the last moment. Angle then grabbed Eddie's ankle in the Ankle Lock and held on for quite some time until Eddie was forced to tap out.
Winner: Kurt Angle
Aftermath:
Kurt Angle refused to let go of Eddie's ankle, obviously trying to send a message to Chris Benoit ahead of their submission match. Kurt took little to no notice of the referee's until Shelton Benjamin's music hit. Shelton stormed down to the ring, sliding under the bottom rope and then diving straight onto Kurt. The two exchanged blows until they were seperated by officials. Kurt retreated to the stage as Shelton helped Eddie back to his feet. END OF SHOW~!
